I am an Australian based FEI (international) level eventer and 1.25m+ Showjumper. I am currently a member of the Eventing Victoria Senior Eventing Squad (2014-2023). I compete at Three Star international (CCI***) level eventing and qualified Four Star (CCN****), Mini Prix (1.25m+) level EA Show Jumping and EA Elementary/Medium level dressage with my cheeky Australian Stock Horse, ‘Marengo Valentino’ and just recently added 5yo OTT ‘Marengo Nouveau’. I am passionate about my horse care and providing the best for my equine athletes.

In my 2023 goals I plan to qualify my current top horse for the Australian International 3DE Adelaide in the Three Star Long format (CCI***L), also finalise my qualifiers for Four Star level (CCI****). My young horse will consolidate in dressage and jumping phases and aim to be One Star level by the end of the year. My biggest achievement so far is the fact I have trained 2 horses from green broken to Three Star eventing and 1.20m+ show jumping. This is something I am very proud of. I have also spent 2 years eventing in South Africa (Johannesburg), which was an experience of a life-time. In 2022 I also jumped a clear round in the 3* Express Eventing Competition at Equitana alongside Olympic level riders.

As I work full time as well as competing at elite level competition riding I am always seeking the best for my horses and also efficient materials. This year after years of saving I (finally) had some stables installed at my property. These have been a huge game changer for me and my horses! In 2022 my town, Rochester, Vic had once in 1000 year flooding, although my property wasn’t directly effected it was extremely wet and my stables became a life saver!

I was previously using sawdust and finding it not only expensive but also cumbersome to handle in 500kg bags, which I need to use a bob cat to move around. Considering my horses as competing FEI are always open to being drug tested I need to be careful of the materials used with them. This is why I am seek a better alternative, such as the chemical free and easy to use product as Equine Pure Pellets. I also value the environmental sustainability of this product.
